RECHARGE ME RUNNING
is based on the famous Norwegian 4x4 interval method — a highly effective workout designed to improve endurance, energy and cardiovascular health. The sessions combine running, motivation and community in beautiful outdoor locations. Suitable for all fitness levels, with guidance and coaching throughout the session.

is a welcoming space for anyone who wants to meet new people, join fun activities, and make the most of life.
Whether it's a workout, a shared meal, a beach day, a retreat, or a spontaneous get-together, the community makes it easy to connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment through the group chat.
There's no pressure to know anyone or join everything. Just come when you feel like it. Everyone is welcome.
