The Concept

Through a few days in calm and beautiful surroundings, you will have the opportunity to regulate your body, clear your mind, and create more structure for the everyday life you return to. The goal is not to “escape life,” but to come back to it with more energy, clarity, and direction.

The retreats take place in scenic destinations near the ocean, mountains, or peaceful countryside landscapes, where it becomes easier to slow down, be present, and recharge.

Participants book their own accommodation at a recommended hotel or nearby stay. This gives flexibility to choose the type of accommodation that suits each individual best.

The program includes:
 

• Morning sessions with movement, breathwork, and mindfulness


• Lectures and workshops about health, stress management, sleep, and lifestyle


• Practical techniques such as breathwork and lymphatic drainage


• Physical sessions including strength, endurance, mobility, and balance training


• Free time for recovery, reflection, or exploring the local area


• Social connection through shared meals and activities

Many participants join the retreat alone. The retreat is designed to make it easy to connect with others and feel included from the very first day. ✨

Recharge Me Retreat is a holistic retreat concept created for people living in a high-paced world who want to take care of both their health and their performance over time.

Through a few days in calm and beautiful surroundings, you will have the opportunity to step away from everyday life, slow down, and gain new perspectives on how you live, prioritize, and take care of yourself. The program combines physical activity, knowledge about health and the nervous system, reflection, and meaningful community, with the goal of giving you both insight and practical tools you can bring back into your daily life.

The retreats are led by a physiotherapist with additional education in mental health work and are built on a holistic understanding of how the body, mind, and lifestyle influence one another.

The goal is for you to return home with more energy, greater clarity, and a structure that makes it easier to maintain a high-performing life without losing yourself in the process.

Performing well over time is not only about keeping up the pace, it is about having the capacity to do so. Your body and your health are the foundation for everything you want to achieve in life. Investing in your health is therefore not a break from performance, it's a prerequisite for it.

Recharge Me Retreat gives you the space to recharge, gain new perspectives, and develop habits that strengthen both your health and your quality of life.

The 6 Phases of  Recharge

1. Land

We begin by slowing down and regulating the nervous system. Through calm morning sessions, breathwork, mobility, and gentle movement, the body is given time to release tension and slow the pace down. When the system becomes calmer, it becomes easier to be present, absorb new impressions, and open up for reflection

4. Structure

Once the body has settled and your perspectives have become clearer, we begin structuring the way forward. Through lectures, workshops, and practical exercises, we work on direction, decisions, and concrete choices. You will develop a realistic action plan that you can bring back home with you. 

2. Clear

In this phase, we focus on identifying energy drains. Through reflection exercises, workshops, and conversations, we explore what is taking your energy in everyday life — and what actually gives you more energy and balance. The goal is to create more space for what truly matters to you. 

5. Integrate

In this phase, the focus is on integrating what you have discovered and learned. Through reflection, conversations, and practical strategies, we work on making it easier to bring new habits, perspectives, and routines into your everyday life. 

3. Ground

In this phase, we focus on grounding insight through the body and the breath. Through training sessions, movement, structure, breathwork, and recovery, we strengthen the connection between body and mind. We also use techniques such as lymphatic drainage to support well-being, recovery, and regulation. 

6. Repeat

Growth does not happen in just one week alone. The final phase is about activating the courage and momentum needed to continue the process beyond the retreat. Through repeated practices, movement, and reflection, you can continue building on the changes over time. 

Your guide on this retreat

All retreats are organized and led by Sandra. In addition, there will be other assistants involved, which may vary from retreat to retreat

Founder & CEO

Sandra Gilstad Passani

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (NTNU)
     

  • Six years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist in both primary and specialist healthcare services
     

  • Master’s Degree in Health Science – Mental Health Work (Nord University) (completed spring 2026)
     

  • Further education in motivational interviewing, nutrition and exercise physiology (Nord University and Kristiania University College)
     

  • Certified group instructor in dance/aerobics, spinning, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, mobility and pregnancy training (Inspartum, Zumba and 3T Akademiet)
     

  • Courses and competencies in sports injuries, shockwave therapy, massage, cognitive exercise therapy, rehabilitation training, anti-doping, and lifesaving in water and on land (AFPT, NFF, Anti-Doping Norway, etc.)

 

 

My name is Sandra, and I am the founder of Recharge Me Wellness Club. I am both Norwegian and Italian, and I grew up in Norway with strong ties to Italy. This has given me insight into two cultures that both hold incredible qualities — and that can also learn a lot from each other.

As a physiotherapist, I have been taught to see the whole person. Body and mind are connected, and every choice you make helps shape who you are and how you feel. Environment, nutrition, relationships, movement, recovery and sleep — the list of factors that influence our health is long. I want to gain as much knowledge as possible in order to help as many people as possible feel well and function at their best.

One of the things I strongly advocate for is better access to physical activity — preferably in a supportive community and with guidance when needed. Exercise is therapy. It is a way of building stronger mental and physical batteries, helping you become more resilient in everyday life.

It is no secret that the food we eat has a major impact on how we feel and how our bodies function. Although it is a political responsibility to make healthy food more accessible than unhealthy alternatives, we unfortunately have not fully reached that point yet. That is why I believe everyone should have basic knowledge about nutrition, so they can make informed choices for themselves. This is beneficial both for the individual and for society as a whole.

Another important factor is training the brain towards a more positive mindset. This affects how we experience life, and therefore also our quality of life. It is not imagination — it is neurobiology.

Knowledge about your own health is the most important tool you can have.
